Vincent Macrander has a extensive work experience in various sales and management roles in the defense industry.
Between 2009 and 2014, they served as the Head of Sales Europe at Rheinmetall Defence, where they were responsible for sales and marketing, cost management, and strategic planning. Vincent also led an international team and was accountable for the department's budget and performance.
