Michael Szewc

Michael Szewc, CPA, currently serves as the Director of State & Local Tax Services at Mowery & Schoenfeld since February 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at BDO USA, LLP from July 2015 to February 2023, including Senior Manager and State and Local Tax Manager, progressing through roles such as State and Local Senior Tax Associate, Senior Tax Associate, and Tax Associate. Michael began professional experience as a Tax Intern at BDO USA, LLP in early 2014. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in Accountancy (Strobel Honors Program) and Finance from DePaul University, graduating in 2015.
