Zoey Franklin has worked in the software engineering field since 2009. Zoey began their career as a Customer Service Representative and Senior Customer Service Representative at Restech Services LLC from 2009 to 2012. Zoey then moved on to become a Network Engineer at the same company, where they completed notable tasks such as improving Customer Service Representative efficiency by automating routine searches. In 2017, they joined UW Credit Union as a Software Engineer I, leading a team on implementing a demo environment so staff and visitors could view "production" Web Branch without needing a production member log in. Zoey then moved up to become a Software Engineer II, continuing to lead a software team with two engineers still in their on-boarding and instituting daily office hour for team members to always have time for questions set aside. Currently, they are an Intermediate Software Engineer at Moxe since 2022.
