Kae Charmaine Olib is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality since August 2021, Kae has also held the position of Culinary Supervisor at Moxie's Grill & Bar and Assistant Kitchen Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Edmonton West since 2017. Kae's early career includes experience as a Commis Chef at New World Manila Bay Hotel.
