Jennifer Caywood is the Director of Engineering Planning & Delivery at MoxiWorks. Jennifer has over 7 years of experience in project management and change management.

Jennifer started their career as an Account Coordinator at Department Zero, where they managed client accounts and coordinated projects. Jennifer then transitioned to the U.S. Army Public Health Center, where they executed a full range of project and change management responsibilities for a standardized global U.S. Army health promotion program. In this role, they developed, implemented, and monitored the execution of change management strategies and plans for 33 standardized Army Wellness Centers world-wide with a workforce of +400 employees servicing total Army beneficiaries.

After their time in the Army, Jennifer worked as a Tech Ops Program Manager at MoxiWorks, where they provided global change consultation that supported change initiatives across multiple project teams within Amazon HR Employee Services. In this role, they collaborated with cross-functional teams to define and implement change management strategies and plans that best meet project goals and objectives. Jennifer also led the redesign and administration of Amazon's HR Employee Services Change Management Certification Program that builds the value of change management skills among Amazon's HR Employee Services employees.

Most recently, Jennifer has taken on the role of Director of Engineering Planning & Delivery at MoxiWorks, where they are responsible for leading the engineering team in planning, designing, and delivering software solutions that enable MoxiWorks customers to be successful.

Jennifer Caywood has a Masters from California University of Pennsylvania in Exercise Science and a Bachelor's from Southeast Missouri State University in Integrative Marketing Communications.
