Maddie Heye

Maddie Heye is the current Senior Director of Marketing at MoxiWorks, a real estate software company. Maddie has been with the company for 5 years and 3 months, and has held various positions during their time there, including Senior Director of Marketing, Director of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, and Marketing Manager. Maddie is responsible for overseeing brand development and product marketing initiatives, and manages marketing programs that drive growth. Maddie works closely with executives to align marketing initiatives with broader business strategies.

Prior to joining MoxiWorks, Maddie was the Founder of Empower Collective, an organization that helps women reach their goals by enabling and supporting conversations that cultivate community and remove barriers for women. Maddie facilitated discussion groups every ten weeks and built an organization that offered resources and platforms to enable others to do the same. Empower Collective attracted brand ambassadors across the country and engaged thousands of women worldwide. Maddie was with Empower Collective for 4 years and 3 months.

Maddie has also held positions as a Marketing Manager at SolTerra, a Marketing & Communications Executive at Marketing Eye, and a Business Development Executive at OrigAudio. Maddie has also interned as a Marketing Assistant at Enzoani and as a Marketing/Merchandising Intern at ever/after.

Maddie Heye holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Chapman University, where they also minored in Graphic Design. Maddie has studied abroad at the University of Sydney and is currently enrolled in a Women Board Directors Development Program at the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business. Maddie is also certified in Project Management from the University of Washington and Inbound Certified from HubSpot Academy.
