Samantha Chapman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Samantha started their career in 2008 as an Office Assistant at the Down Syndrome Association of Toronto, where they performed various administrative tasks. In 2012, they worked as a Nanny for a private employer.

Moving on to their professional career, Samantha joined Gumtree Australia in 2014 as a CS Team Lead, where they provided support to online members and clients, reviewed classified ads, and assisted in training new employees. Samantha then transitioned into a role as a Freelance Moderator at Crisp Thinking in 2016, where they reviewed and moderated content.

Currently, Samantha is employed at Moz as a Customer Support Engineer. In their role, they respond to customer inquiries about the company's offered tools, provides customer support via Intercom and ZenDesk, and effectively communicates with the engineering team regarding bugs or technical issues.

Throughout their career, Samantha has also gained experience in social media moderation and customer interaction through platforms like Sprout Social, Twitter, and Facebook.

Samantha Chapman attended Trent University from 2009 to 2010, where they pursued a field of study in General Arts. Samantha then attended Fleming College in 2011 to specialize in Child and Youth Work, but it is unknown whether they completed a degree in this field.
