Zac Heinrichs

Zac Heinrichs has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. In 1998, they started their career at Starbucks Coffee Company, where they worked as a Retail Hourly Partner, Assistant Store Manager, and later as a Store Manager. During their time at Starbucks, Zac was responsible for managing store operations, hiring and training staff, and ensuring the quality of customer service.

In 2007, Zac transitioned to the digital marketing industry and joined FreelanceSEM as a Senior Search Strategist & Director of Search Strategies. In this role, they managed client relationships, provided strategic planning for search marketing efforts, and implemented SEO best practices to improve web visibility and performance. Zac excelled at keyword research, on-page content optimization, SEO-friendly content creation, social media management, PPC campaign optimization, and link building.

After eight years at FreelanceSEM, Zac joined Portent in 2015 as a Senior SEO Strategist & SEO Team Lead. During their time at Portent, they focused on SEO strategy development and leading a team of SEO professionals.

Most recently, Zac joined Moz in 2019 as an Enterprise Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring their success. In 2023, they were promoted to Senior Enterprise Account Manager, emphasizing their expertise in managing enterprise-level accounts.

Zac Heinrichs attended California State University-Sacramento from 2000 to 2001 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Prior to that, from 1998 to 1999, they attended the University of Calgary, also without obtaining a degree or specifying a field of study. In addition to their education, Zac Heinrichs obtained the Bing Ads Accredited Professional Certificate from Microsoft in February 2015.
