Dawn Scholl

Dawn Scholl is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Mozarc Medical, a kidney health technology company co-owned by Medtronic and DaVita, since April 2023. Prior to this role, Dawn Scholl held various leadership positions at Medtronic from June 2006 to April 2023, including HR VP for Renal Care Solutions and several other operational units, where responsibilities included managing global HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and overseeing HR teams across multiple business units. Earlier experiences include HR roles at Honeywell, Eaton, and Ingersoll Rand. Dawn Scholl holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Miami University.
