Patrick Bostrom

Patrick Bostrom, CCP, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Mozarc Medical since August 2024. Previously, Patrick held the position of Global Compensation & Benefits Leader at Protolabs from April 2020 to August 2024, where responsibilities included leading a Center of Excellence for compensation and benefits and implementing solutions beneficial to employees, shareholders, and business interests. At Cargill, from November 2009 to June 2019, Patrick functioned as Compensation Leader within the Total Rewards Center of Expertise, providing consultation and leadership on enterprise-wide topics and contributing significantly to the Global Job Catalog Project. Prior roles include Sr Executive Compensation and Benefits Analyst at The Mosaic Company, where Patrick advanced executive and non-executive compensation programs, Sr Compensation Analyst at Alliant Techsystems, and Business Analyst for Compensation and Benefits at Hewitt Associates, focusing on compensation program analysis and implementation. Patrick holds a BA in Management from Saint John's University and has additional education from Southern Cross University.
