Daianne Proietti has been working in the customer service and administrative fields since 2009. Daianne began their career as an Auxiliar Administrativo at Faculdade Teológica Betesda in 2009. Daianne then moved on to Submarino Viagens in 2014, where they held the roles of Líder de Atendimento ao Cliente and Analista de Atendimento ao Cliente. In 2018, they began working at Almundo as a Backoffice I. In 2020, they joined Loggi as an Analista de Logística, where they were responsible for scheduling and returning packages to e-commerce, creating reports, and analyzing data. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Delivery Center as a Supervisora de Atendimento ao Cliente, where they were responsible for hiring, training, developing, and managing assistants, monitoring multi-channel customer service (chat, email, WhatsApp, and telephone), structuring and monitoring shifts, and controlling KPIs. In 2022, they joined Mozper as a Team Lead and Agente de Customer Experience.

Daianne Proietti is currently pursuing a Bacharelado in Gestão de Recursos Humanos from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná. Prior to this, they completed a Bacharelado in Turismo from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho between 2013 and 2016.
