Karen Warren

Karen Warren has over two decades of experience in operations and project management. Karen previously served as the Senior Project Director at Fluor Corporation for 20 years before joining MP Materials as the Executive Vice President of Operations in November 2021.

Karen Warren earned their BSE in Structural Engineering from the University of Iowa from 1990 to 1994. Karen then went on to obtain an MBA in Operations Management from The University of Dallas from 1996 to 1998.
