Ryan J. Williams

Ryan J. Williams, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, starting as a Staff Accountant at ResourcePhoenix.com in 1998. Their career progressed to roles such as Regional Human Resources Manager and eventually Vice President Human Resources at different companies like The Newark Group Inc. and Marcal Paper Mills, LLC. Ryan J. also served as Vice President of Global Human Resources at InterFlex Group before taking on the role of Senior Vice President Human Resources at ofi, where they managed HR operations for multiple business units. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at MP Materials. Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent management, labor relations, and driving change initiatives to improve overall business performance.

Ryan J. Williams, SPHR, obtained an AA degree in Arts & Sciences from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 1994. Ryan J. then went on to earn a BA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 1997. In 2003, they completed their MBA in Business Management from California State University, Stanislaus. In addition, Ryan holds certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification obtained in 2010, and Professional in Human Resources obtained in 2002. Ryan J. graduated from Jordan High School in Sandy, UT in 1990.
