Andrew Flynn

Andrew Flynn has over 20 years of work experience in various roles in human resources and talent management. Andrew has worked for companies such as Constellium, Algeco Scotsman Group, Navona Investments Ltd, Stream Global Services, Diageo, SERCOM SOLUTIONS, Software Spectrum, and Microsoft. In their most recent position as Vice President of Global Talent & Organizational Effectiveness at Constellium, they were responsible for overseeing talent management and organizational effectiveness on a global scale. Prior to that, they held leadership positions in talent development, HR strategy, and human resources at other companies.
