Christopher Wagner

Christopher Wagner has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Christopher'smost recent position is as General Counsel at mParticle since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Twilio Inc. where they served as Principal Counsel for M&A Integration from February 2021 to August 2021, and as Director and Managing Counsel for Commercial from February 2019 to February 2021.

Before joining Twilio Inc., Christopher held the role of Senior Director and Associate General Counsel at SendGrid from February 2016 to February 2019. Christopher also worked as an Associate General Counsel at Air Methods, focusing on M&A and Corporate matters, from April 2013 to September 2015.

Christopher's earlier experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel at Blockbuster from October 2012 to April 2013. Christopher started their legal career as an attorney in the Transactions Group at Bryan Cave (formerly Holme Roberts & Owen LLP) from June 2008 to May 2012. Prior to that, they worked as an Attorney in the Corporate Group at Dorsey & Whitney LLP from January 2007 to June 2008.

Christopher's career began at Jones Day, where they worked as an Attorney in the Private Equity/M&A Group from September 2003 to December 2006. Prior to their legal career, they served as a Medical Research Technician in Immunology at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute at National Jewish Health Center from April 1999 to August 2000.

Christopher Wagner attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law from 2000 to 2003 and earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a specialization in Law. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1999, they attended the University of Denver where they acquired a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry. Christopher Wagner also holds the certification of Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) obtained from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals.
