John Bramford

John Bramford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. John began their career in 2002 as an Account Coordinator at Barkers Group, where they worked until 2004. John then joined Work Communications as an Account Coordinator, managing client portfolios and negotiating advertising space until 2005.

In 2005, John joined Ebase Technology as a Consultant/Designer, working on integrated web applications for UK local government clients. John moved to IT contracting in 2006, taking on the role of Consultant/Designer and being responsible for designing transactional business web applications and integrating them with back-office systems. During this time, they also developed and executed personal marketing campaigns to secure contracts.

From 2008 to 2012, John worked at Ebase Technology as a Senior Product Consultant, specializing in product development.

In 2012, John joined Ensighten as a Solutions Engineer, progressing to Team Lead and eventually becoming the Solutions Consulting Manager for the EMEA region by 2015.

John joined mParticle in 2017 as a Senior Solutions Engineer and has since held various roles, including Team Lead, Senior Solutions Engineer, Solutions Engineering Manager, and Snr. Manager of Solutions Engineering for the EMEA region. John is currently serving as the Director of Solutions Engineering and will transition to the role of Senior Director of Solutions Engineering in June 2023.

John Bramford received a Bachelor Degree in Tourism & Creative Studies with a specialization in Adventure Tourism Management from Birmingham College of Food, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Prior to this, they attended BCFTCS in 2001 and 2002, where they earned a BA (Hons) degree in Tourism & Creative Studies with a focus on Adventure Tourism Management. Additionally, John completed an Advanced GNVQ in Leisure & Tourism at Cambridge Regional College, though the specific dates of their enrollment are unknown. John also attended Cottenham Village College, but did not pursue a degree or field of study there. In terms of additional certifications, John completed the CIPD Management Course at the CIPD institution in London in December 2015.
