Kenya Scott

Kenya Scott has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and employee experience. Starting in 2009, Kenya worked at Whole Foods Market as a Payroll and Benefits Processor for five years, followed by a role as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist at the Ocean location for over two years. Kenya then moved on to become a Human Resources Generalist at the Center for Youth Wellness in 2016, and later as an HR Generalist at the Children's Council of San Francisco from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Kenya joined Patreon as an Events & Facilities Specialist and later transitioned to the role of HR Generalist. In 2021, Kenya worked as a People Operations Coordinator at StreamSets Inc. before joining Heart At Work Consulting in 2022 as a DEI/Company Culture Consultant. Kenya's most recent role is at mParticle, where they started in 2022 as an Employee Engagement Specialist and later moved on to become the People Operations Lead, Employee Experience starting in June 2023.

Kenya Scott attended Katherine Gibbs from 2000 to 2002 and obtained an Associate's Degree in Design and Visual Communications, General. In 2019, Kenya Scott also briefly studied Foundations of Coaching at New Ventures West.
