Rohan Shah

Rohan Shah has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. Rohan currently serves as the Head of Information Technology at mParticle since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director, IT & Corporate Services at Elemy from March 2021 to July 2022. Rohan also held the position of IT & Security Manager at MavTek Inc. from December 2020 to March 2021. Before that, they worked as an IT Manager at FlightHub from July 2016 to December 2020. From August 2012 to January 2016, they served as the Global Technical Team Lead at Arista Networks. Rohan started their career at Hexpress Healthcare Ltd as an Information Technology Technician from April 2008 to July 2009.

Rohan Shah has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, which they completed between 2009 and 2012. In 2012, they also obtained a Diploma in Spanish Literature from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

In terms of additional certifications, Rohan Shah has obtained several certifications in various fields. Rohan became an Okta Certified Professional in October 2021 and also achieved the Okta Certified Professional certification again in the same month and year. Rohan acquired the Manager Accelerator Certified certification from 15Five in August 2021. Additionally, they obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2020, the Slack Admin Certification from Slack in November 2019, and the Certified Freshservice Professional certification from Freshworks in September 2019.

Furthermore, Rohan Shah gained several certifications in the field of networking and IT. Rohan became ACE certified from AirTight Networks, Inc. in August 2014. Rohan achieved the CWNA certification from CWNP in June 2014. Also, they obtained the CCNP R&S certification from Cisco in July 2012 and the CCNA R&S certification from Cisco in September 2011.

Additionally, Rohan Shah has pursued a Bachelor's degree in Photography from Dawson College - Continuing Education & Community Services between 2018 and 2021.
