Solomon Dove

Solomon Dove has a range of professional experience across different industries. Solomon currently works at mParticle, where they started in 2021 as a Technical Services Engineer. Solomon then progressed to the role of Senior Technical Services Engineer before their current position as a Professional Services Engineer.

Prior to joining mParticle, Solomon worked at Flatiron Wines & Spirits from 2018 to 2020 as a Buyer/Manager. In this role, they managed online customer communication and sales pipeline, leading to a significant segment growth of over 47.5% year over year.

Before that, they served as a Server at Delfina Restaurant Group from 2016 to 2019. Solomon excelled in providing predictive service through their knowledge of fine wines and Italian food. Solomon achieved a high level of wine knowledge by passing Sommelier Level 1, resulting in increased fine wine sales. Solomon also efficiently managed customer relationships and collaborated with chefs and staff to maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 98.5%.

Solomon'searliest known role was as a Climbing Safety Administrator at Touchstone Climbing from 2009 to 2016.

Solomon Dove completed their education in two distinct periods. In 2007, they enrolled at the University of California, Davis, and studied Clinical Nutrition/Nutritionist. Solomon pursued this program for three years and successfully earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in 2010. More recently, in 2020, Solomon attended App Academy for a brief period. During their time at App Academy, they focused on Fullstack Software Engineering. Although no degree was mentioned for this experience, it provided him with valuable knowledge and skills in the field.
