Morgan Rae Berk

Morgan Rae Berk is an accomplished professional in event management and marketing, currently serving as Lead Events & Experiential Senior Events Producer at MPB since June 2022, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of global marketing strategies with a focus on experiential activations. Berk previously held the position of Director of Marketing & Event Operations at 5Rhythms Global from January 2013 to December 2021, driving a significant brand transformation and expanding cultural impact. As Co-Founder and Event Director of the New York Surf Film Festival from 2008 to 2014, Berk established a unique platform for surf cinema and secured major sponsorships. Additional experience includes managing event partnerships at Mashable, serving on the board of the non-profit Waves of Health, and fulfilling various event management roles at Penta Events, NYC Libations, and Aramark, all of which contribute to a robust background in planning and executing diverse events. Morgan Rae Berk holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality from Cornell University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
