Kai Hemp

Kai Hemp is currently a Dual Master Student and Trainee at MPC Capital AG, specializing in Maritime Investments since October 2025. Previously, from August 2022 to September 2025, Kai completed a Dual Bachelor’s program and apprenticeship at Hapag-Lloyd AG, gaining experience across various departments including Transhipment, Customer Service, Sales, and Operations within both regional and global frameworks. In addition, Kai contributed to the Apprenticeship Marketing Team and Azubi Care during this period. Prior experience includes serving in the Federal Volunteer Service with the Federal Agency for Technical Relief from August 2021 to June 2022. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Innovation Management, expected in March 2028, and a Bachelor of Science in Logistics Management, completed in September 2025, both from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration, along with an Abitur from Humboldt-Schule Kiel obtained in July 2021.
