Manuel Cazacu

Manuel Cazacu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and change management. Currently serving as a Privatdozent at Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Mosbach since May 2023, Cazacu delivers lectures on project management, both agile and traditional, as well as process management. From January 2018, Cazacu has been a Principal at MPDV Mikrolab GmbH, focusing on compliance, licensing, contract management, ISO 9001, and project management (IPMA). Prior roles include Head of Change Management and Projects at ESKAPE Identifikationstechnik AG and Head of Inside Sales and Project Manager at GOD BM mbH. Cazacu has also held positions as a National Account Manager at Vodafone Global Enterprise and a Sales Operations Specialist at Avaya. Cazacu holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ruhr University Bochum and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business Administration from DHBW Mannheim.
