Bamini Gouthaman is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Mphasis, Bamini has held progressive positions including Vice President and AVP & Lead for Compensation and Benefits. Previous experience includes serving as Global HR Business Partner at Aricent and HR Business Partner roles at GXS and Infosys. Bamini began the career as an HR Consultant at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship and a BA in English Literature from S.D.N.B. Vaishnav College.
