Gokul Santhanam is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Global BU HR Head at Mphasis since February 2007, Gokul oversees a range of critical HR functions including employee induction, performance management, career development, and employee engagement. Prior experience includes a role as Associate Vice President - HR at Tata Business Support Services Limited, where Gokul contributed to the company's establishment and growth to 5,000 employees. Gokul began the career at Mphasis in 1999 as a Management Trainee, progressing to Senior Manager - HR within the BPO division. Gokul holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering.
