Yousef al-Zarooni

Yousef Al-Zaroni is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and municipal services. Currently serving as Regional Head and Northern Emirates Director at MPM Properties LLC since September 2010, Yousef is responsible for leading property management, maintenance services, and consultancy across the Northern Emirates, managing approximately 8,500 units. Prior roles include Project Execution Manager in the Operations Department at Manazel Real Estate, where Yousef managed diverse real estate projects from inception to completion, and Head of Maintenance and Head of Traffic Services at Al Ain City Municipality, overseeing key infrastructure projects. Additionally, Yousef held the position of Director of Municipality and Technical Affairs at the Ministry of Regional Municipality. Yousef holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University.
