Aikya Chakraborty

Aikya Chakraborty is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a diverse background in the industry. Aikya has held multiple leadership roles, including Manager of Talent Acquisition at mPokket and Senior Executive Talent Acquisition, as well as Senior Human Resources Recruiter at AI Workspace. Previously, Aikya served as HR Manager at HR EDGE and held a managerial position at Beatles Software Solution. Additionally, Aikya contributed to Ipsos in an interpretation role. Aikya is currently pursuing a degree in HR Analytics from XLRI Jamshedpur and has also completed a degree in Strategic Human Resource Leadership from Cornell University.
