Chirag Sharath

Chirag Sharath is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at mPokket since June 2023, Chirag leads a team of 40 engineers focused on high-quality software projects, having notably redeveloped a notification system capable of handling 3-4 million notifications daily. Previously, as an Engineering Manager and Technical Lead at 91social from November 2015 to December 2022, Chirag successfully led a team of 10 engineers, delivering complex integrated projects for notable clients such as CRED and Eko, and developed a backend system for a bot service that significantly reduced customer care escalations. Chirag holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from MIT Mysore, along with other educational qualifications from National College and Christ University in Bangalore.
