Anju Laura

Anju Laura has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Anju is currently employed at MPOWER Financing as a Manager - Talent Operations since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Manager- Talent Operations at the same company from May 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining MPOWER Financing, Anju worked at Better, where they held the position of Senior Specialist Recruitment Ops from October 2021 to May 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Recruitment Operations Specialist at Better from November 2020 to October 2021.
