Joi Macy

Joi Macy, MBA, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in operations and value-based care. Currently serving as VP of Care Delivery at MPOWERHealth since December 2019, Joi plays a crucial role in launching a new virtual care clinic and oversees provider recruitment and credentialing. Previous roles include serving as a Value-Based Care Consultant and Director of Episode Operations at MPOWERHealth, as well as Director of Operations for Value Based Care at Sound Physicians. Joi's earlier career involved managing rehabilitation operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities, emphasizing value-based care and quality outcomes. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Texas Christian University and an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Texas at Tyler. Additionally, Joi has completed the required courses for Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator.
