Scott LaRoque is chief executive officer and founder of MPOWERHealth™, a Texas-based healthcare services organization specializing in value-based care solutions for independent musculoskeletal physicians, hospitals, and payors. Driven by his vision to empower better healthcare, Scott has spent his career developing companies that provide business solutions and creative strategies to help independent physicians maintain their autonomy and succeed in the rapidly evolving field of healthcare. With a unique blend of clinical and business acumen, Scott leverages servant-minded methods to drive improved business practices, and achieve increased efficiency and better patient outcomes for MPOWERHealth’s™ customers. MPOWERHealth™ serves more than 400 physicians, more than 40,000 patients annually, and more than 300 facilities in 24 states.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Texas, Austin, and went on to do advanced studies at Vanderbilt University. His philanthropic activities include supporting medical missions in Africa and establishing a neurophysiology fellowship program to train physicians for developing nations.
