Tara Rhodes

Tara Rhodes has a strong background in the healthcare industry, primarily focusing on technology-driven initiatives and customer support. Starting in 2006, Tara worked as a Senior Manager Customer Support at MedAssets, where they managed a support center and implemented best practices for service support processes. In 2012, they moved on to CGS Administrators, LLC, where they served as a Manager Customer Service, overseeing call center operations and acting as a key contact for government-funded medical programs. In 2014, Tara joined Loopback Analytics as the Director of Client Services/Support, responsible for establishing and overseeing client services and customer support for their healthcare SaaS product. Most recently, they joined MPOWERHealth in 2020 as the Director of Business Solutions, leading technology-driven initiatives and managing a team of solutions analysts.

Tara Rhodes obtained a Bachelor of Healthcare Administration degree focusing on Social Work from Texas State University between the years 2002 to 2006.
