Ernie Gilmore

Ernie Gilmore has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ernie started their career in the US Army as a Combat Signaler from 1991 to 1994. Afterward, they worked at Caterpillar Inc. as a Press Operator and later as a Network Administrator/Process Engineer from 1994 to 2007. Ernie then transitioned to Capstan Tennessee Inc. as an Operations Manager from 2007 to 2014, where they supervised a large team and implemented process improvements. Ernie then joined NetShape Technologies, Inc. as an Operations Manager and later as the Director of Operations from 2014 to 2018, where they provided leadership and drove continuous improvement initiatives. Since 2015, Ernie has been a Member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc., a peer advisory and executive coaching organization. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director of US Operations at MPP, starting in 2019. Ernie has a strong background in operations, manufacturing, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and strategic planning.

Ernie Gilmore enrolled in the Leadership Development Program (LDP) at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and completed their studies in 2015.
