Joel Simbeck

Joel Simbeck has extensive experience in quality management and operations within manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as General Manager and Director Of Operations at MPP since 2004, Joel previously held the position of Director Of Six Sigma at GKN Sintered Metals from 2000 to 2004, focusing on Lean Manufacturing activities. Earlier roles include Director Of Quality at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, where Joel oversaw quality systems and Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and Quality Manager at MascoTech Sintered Components, responsible for quality assurance and systems. Joel's career began at Rockwell International / Equimeter, where tenure lasted from 1979 to 1993 as Supervisor of Quality and Engineering.
