Achal Khanna

Achal Khanna is an experienced business executive with a background in recruitment and staffing. Achal is currently the independent director of MPS Limited.

Khanna started their career in 2007 with Coachieve Solutions P limited, an angel-funded startup in the search and contingent recruitment space. Within two years, they had built the company into a successful business with a strong customer base.

In 2011, Coachieve Solutions was merged with IKYA Global, funded by India Equity partners. Khanna took over as COO & Director of the merged entity, with responsibility for Recruiting, Staffing & RPO business. Achal grew the business by 80% within a year and turned it around to achieve profitability in the first quarter.

Khanna has also been responsible for setting up a successful RPO business, winning three contracts from leading Indian and multinational companies. In addition, they started a new business line of candidate management to improve offer to joining ratio and candidate satisfaction for customers.

Achal Khanna has completed an MDP from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics, English & Fine arts from Meerut University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from AIMA Delhi. Achal is currently pursuing a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English from Meerut University.
