Juliana Oliveira

Juliana Oliveira is currently working as a Sales/Marketing Assistant at MPT. Juliana has previously worked as a Gerente Jurídico at Posco E&C from September 2012 to May 2018, where they were responsible for managing a team of 5 employees, providing advice to the company's Board of Directors and President on labour, contractual and criminal matters, representing the company before government institutions (MPT, MTE, TRT, etc.), managing indicators with a focus on risk prevention and resource savings, creating and managing policies in accordance with labour processes, and managing outsourced law firms for labour and criminal proceedings.

From October 2010 to September 2012, Juliana worked as an Advogada at Camed Saúde, where they provided legal advice to the Camed Group (comprised of 4 companies) on corporate, labour, civil, consumer, contractual and trademark law; prepared, analysed and reviewed contracts based on risk analysis; coordinated outsourced law firms; managed the portfolio of pending legal cases (civil, labour, tax); provided internal regulatory compliance advice (Law 9.656 - Health Plans); coordinated administrative proceedings before the regulatory body (ANS); developed defence theories and opinions on regulatory law; and drafted and reviewed health plan contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements established by the regulatory body.

Juliana Oliveira has a Bachelor's degree in Law from UNIFOR - Universidade de Fortaleza, an MBA in Business Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Post-Graduate degree in International Law from Universidade de Fortaleza.
