MQ Mental Health Research
Kelvin Okeoghene Opiepie is an experienced professional in the mental health research field, currently serving on the Global Lived Experiential Advisory Board for MQ Mental Health Research since September 2023, where the focus is on navigating the ever-growing landscape of research publications. Since July 2022, Kelvin Opiepie has been part of the Lancet Psychiatry Standing Commission on the COVID-19 Pandemic, contributing to the review and shaping of mental health research priorities in response to the pandemic. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of LEAD COMMUNITY FOUNDATION since November 2018, Kelvin Opiepie has demonstrated leadership and commitment to community-driven initiatives. Previous experience includes administrative roles with Christ Chosen Campus Fellowship from July 2015 to June 2016. Kelvin Opiepie holds various educational qualifications, including a diploma in Leadership from Daystar Leadership Academy, a Certificate in Depression Counseling from ASEAN Online Education, and training as a Mental Health and Recovery Coach from Delta State University, Nigeria, and the World Health Organization.
