Bhaskar Kundu is an experienced professional in the field of consulting, particularly in auditing and strategic HR solutions. Currently serving as an Auditor at MQA Certification since March 2022, Bhaskar also operates as a self-employed consultant specializing in ISO 22000, FSSC, RA, and Trustea, managing 20 large tea estates across Assam, India. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Consultant at CorpoHealth Strategic Consulting from April 2017 to May 2022, where Bhaskar focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness and efficiency. As a Co-Founder and Senior Consultant at BR HR Solutions from August 2015 to January 2017, Bhaskar contributed to HR management and business growth strategies. Additionally, expertise was gained as Head of Corporate Communication and Partner at Catshine HR Consulting from December 2010 to August 2015, specializing in talent acquisition and engagement. Bhaskar holds a CQI & IRCA Certified Lead Auditor Course certification in ISO 22000:2018 from BSI. Education was completed at ST. Xaviers School from 1987 to 1998.
