Charlie Friedman is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in automation, controls, and instrumentation. Currently serving as Controls Group Senior Manager at MRBraz and Associates, PLLC since September 2016, Charlie has held various roles including Controls & Instrumentation Manager. Prior experience includes positions such as Automation Engineer/Lead Trainer at Texas Automation Systems, Contract Electrical Project Engineer at Andritz Separation, and President of SBG Controls and Automation, LLC. Charlie has also worked in technical and managerial capacities at WEDGE Energy Services, SunTerra Well Services, Baker Hughes Inc.- Baker Petrolite, Smart Chemical Services, Trican Well Service Ltd., and FTS International, contributing to the design and development of control systems, project management, training, and technical advisory roles throughout the energy sector.
