Corey Hagerott

Corey Hagerott is an experienced underwriter currently serving as DE Underwriter III at Mr. Cooper since July 2017, previously holding the position of Underwriter II. Prior to Mr. Cooper, Corey was the Underwriting Team Lead at Ethos Lending LLC from July 2015 to July 2017, where responsibilities included scenario analysis and team optimization. Corey's career began with a role as a Mortgage Underwriter, focusing on evaluating applicant creditworthiness and compliance with investor guidelines. Additionally, Corey gained experience as an Administrative Intern for the City of Riverside in 2014, assisting the Finance Department with operational tasks. Corey earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Riverside, in 2015.
