Michael Yates

Michael Yates is an experienced executive in the consumer goods and healthcare industries, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Mr Fothergill's Seeds Ltd since January 2024. Prior to this role, Yates was Chief Operating Officer for Ceuta Group from September 2022 to January 2024, providing strategic capabilities for consumer healthcare brands. Yates also operated as an Executive Consultant and Advisor for CPG companies and start-ups in early 2022. A significant portion of Yates's career was spent at Procter & Gamble, where leadership positions included Senior Vice President & Managing Director for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, along with various strategic and commercial roles across multiple regions. Yates holds a degree in Political Science and Government from Newcastle University and studied at Bolton School.
