As the Co-Founder of Gordon & Eden, an Executive Search & Interim Management firm, Sophie focuses on helping startups scale and transforming established businesses with entrepreneurial talent. Additionally, Sophie is a member of Chief, a private network dedicated to advancing women in leadership roles. An active investor, Sophie holds positions in multiple companies such as Koble, Kinhub, Extend Ventures, 7percent Ventures, and HelloSelf, supporting innovative solutions across various sectors. Sophie previously served as the Director of the Technology & Digital Search Practice at La Fosse Associates and has been instrumental in numerous strategic hires for major organizations. Sophie is an alumna of the University of Birmingham and North London Collegiate School.
