Marion Barrere

Marion Barrere has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In 2009, they began their career with a Sales & Business Development Trainee role at Radisson Blu Toulouse Airport, followed by a Development Trainee role at Broughton Hospitality Group. In 2010, Marion moved to Cara Hotel Marketing as a Development Trainee, and later held the role of Sales & Marketing Executive, Sales & Marketing Manager, and Commercial Manager (New Hotels - AMResorts). In 2016, Marion joined Mr & Mrs Smith as Head of Curation, Global Acquisition Project Lead, and Regional Manager, Hotel & Villa Partnerships EMEA, where they were responsible for heading the commercial and development strategy of boutique hotels in Europe, Africa, Middle East, Mauritius & The Seychelles, leading a team of 8 Hotel & Villa Partnerships Managers and Partnerships Support Executives.

Marion Barrere received their MBA from St. John's University in 2011, specializing in International Business. From 2006 to 2011, they earned a Master's degree and an MBA from ISEG, both in International Business and Business Administration and Management, respectively. In 2009, they also received an IBOM from UC Irvine in International Management.
