James McDevitt

James McDevitt has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources and business leadership. James currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at MRA - The Management Association. Prior to this, they held the same position at Fisher Barton, where they played a significant role in transitioning the company and achieving increased revenue and cost savings. Before that, they worked at GE Healthcare in various senior HR roles, including Senior Director of HR for Digital Technology and M&A Integration, and as a Vice President of Human Resources at API Healthcare. James also gained valuable experience at Charles River Laboratories, PAREXEL International, and William Hill, where they held leadership roles in HR and business management.

James McDevitt has a BA (Hons) degree in Political Studies from the University of Leeds. James also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Labor Studies from London Metropolitan University. In addition, they have obtained certifications including SPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2009 and GPHR from the same institution in 2005.
