Aditi Das has a diverse range of work experience. Aditi started their career as a Business Development Intern at Verde Ventures in 2017. Aditi then worked at Yellowbox HR Services Pvt. Ltd., where they initially served as a Business Development Executive, focusing on researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential markets. Later, they were promoted to the role of Team Lead for Business Development and Recruitment. In 2020, Aditi joined Bentley Systems as a Sales Development Representative, where they played a crucial role in accelerating project delivery and improving asset performance for infrastructure projects. Currently, they are working as the Business Development Team Lead at MRCC, where they are committed to empowering organizations to perform and grow.
Aditi Das pursued their education in a systematic manner. Aditi completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Public Systems from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, graduating in 2017. Prior to that, Aditi completed a Bachelor's degree in B.Sc in botany honours from Vidyasagar College for Women, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Before their undergraduate studies, they completed their class 12 education with a focus on bio science at Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2011. Aditi started their formal education at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they completed their class 10 education in 2009.
In addition to their formal education, Aditi has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include Salesforce Platform Certifications from MRCC, Cold Calling: Overcoming Sales Objections, B2B Sales Strategy How to Effectively Engage Executives, How to Find Sales Leads, and Interpersonal Communication from LinkedIn. Aditi also received certifications in HubSpot Sales Software, Multipliers, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Sales Management, Inbound Sales, and Hubspot Sales from HubSpot Academy. Aditi further expanded their expertise with certifications in Virtual Selling for Sales Professionals, Sales Prospecting, Sales: Closing Strategies, and Sales Navigator from LinkedIn. Their latest certification, obtained in 2023, is in HubSpot Sales from HubSpot.
