Esther van der Pols

Esther van der Pols is a Senior Data Engineer and BI Specialist at MRDM, with experience in developing advanced reports/dashboards with Yellowfin and ETL with Pentaho PDI. Previously, Esther worked as a Business Consultant at Reasult, developing reports in Cognos Report Studio and Olap-development with Cognos Transformer. Prior to that, Esther was an Employee Research and Statistics at Politie Rotterdam Rijnmond, where Esther set up research plans, conducted analysis with SPSS, and focused on improving business processes. Esther also worked as an Au pair in Switzerland, following French language courses. Esther holds a Master's degree in Social Psychology + Methodology from the University of Groningen.
