Tonya Smith

Tonya Smith has extensive experience in coordinating and administrative roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as Regional Coordinator/Contractor at MRE Technology Solutions LLC since April 2013, Tonya manages incoming customer calls, dispatches field service engineers, and coordinates various service tasks, including Time & Material work, installations, and international services. Prior to this, from September 2006 to March 2013, Tonya worked as an Administrative Assistant at Ciena, where responsibilities included processing orders in Oracle, confirming purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. Tonya holds a High School Diploma from H. H. Arnold High School and studied at TESST College of Technology-Baltimore between 2001 and 2003.
