Padmashree Alva

Padmashree Alva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at MResult since December 2018, Padmashree has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Senior Director and Director positions focused on talent initiatives and chief of staff responsibilities. Prior experience includes co-founding PurpleBasil.in, serving as Business Head at INFINIQE, and holding managerial positions at Clutch Group, LLC and MResult.
