Steve Gerba has diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Currently, they work as the Director of Operations at MRG Exams, specializing in disability and impairment exams. Previously, they held various positions at KeyBank, including Vice-President, Division Manager for Fraud and Dispute Operations & Technology, Vice-President, Division Manager for Fraud Strategy, Senior Manager for Information Security/Third Party Security, Manager for Privacy Compliance, Manager for Fraud Investigations, and Senior Planning Analyst for Strategic Planning. Throughout their career, Steve has been involved in managing fraud risks, implementing process improvements, developing compliance programs, and conducting investigations.

Steve Gerba has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Cleveland State University. Steve also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Management from the University of Dayton. Furthermore, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in February 2008. Lastly, they completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from Saint Ignatius High School.
