Ciaran Corcoran

Ciaran Corcoran has a diverse work experience spanning a range of industries and roles. Ciaran began their career in 2011 as a Labourer at Drake Construction, where they gained practical skills in refurbishment and construction. In 2013, they worked as a Cashier at Dunnes Stores for a Christmas contract, where they provided customer service and assisted with stock replenishment.

In 2015, Ciaran joined Information Providers Ltd as a Technical Support & Web Administrator. Ciaran was responsible for handling IT and technical queries, troubleshooting hardware and software faults, and maintaining IT infrastructure. Additionally, they created responsive email messages and templates and performed quality assurance checks on websites.

Ciaran then worked as a Clerical Officer at Houses of the Oireachtas in 2016, where they performed administrative tasks. Ciaran joined Lenovo as a Technical Support representative in 2017, providing assistance to customers with their technical issues. Ciaran also served as an Information Technology Administrator at Reddy Architecture + Urbanism for two years, managing multiple offices and maintaining the company's infrastructure.

In 2019, Ciaran took on the role of Information Technology Administrator at Looker, collaborating with a small team and assisting in the transition to Google Cloud. Here, they utilized various cloud admin tools and supported EMEA employees.

Following this, Ciaran worked at Google as an Information Technology Support Specialist via Adecco, where they provided IT support. Ciaran then joined Advanced Blockchain as a Technology Solution Specialist for nearly a year before moving on to their current role at mrge as a Technology Solution Specialist.

Throughout their career, Ciaran has demonstrated a strong technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
