Emily Paschal Williams currently serves as a Senior Researcher at MRI-Simmons, overseeing the development and management of multiple syndicated research products. With a background that includes roles as a Research Affiliate Consultant at Credo - Higher Education Consulting and various research assistant positions at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Emily has developed expertise in survey design, data collection, and analysis. Emily's experience also extends to human resources management in the restaurant industry and educational support roles in K-12 settings. Emily holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Sociology minor from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
